# IDO Guide

### **How do I participate in IDOs?**

To participate in the IDOs on Finceptor, you need to stake $FINC to get an allocation and complete KYC.

You can refer to the [KYC guide](https://guide.finceptor.app/account/kyc), [Tier System](/guides/tier-system), and the [$FINC staking guide](https://guide.finceptor.app/usdfinc/stake-usdfinc) for further information.

***

The sales consist of four steps.

1. [Registration Period](https://guide.finceptor.app/guides/ido-guide#registration-period)
2. [Guaranteed Allocation Round](https://guide.finceptor.app/guides/ido-guide#guaranteed-allocation-round)
3. [First-Come-First-Serve Round](https://guide.finceptor.app/guides/ido-guide#first-come-first-serve-round)
4. [Vesting Round](https://guide.finceptor.app/guides/ido-guide#vesting-claim-period)

### **Registration Period**

Let's start with our registration process. Head over to [the Deals page](https://finceptor.app/deals) to see the live and upcoming deals.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/1gLHVW4sg8CoC6MjTCkh" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Then, click on the project box for registrations.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/vitMFgqy2Bjih00BAwlN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You will now be able to see the project details and general information for the sale. Connect your Web3 wallet and click the "Register" button during the specified Registration Period. For example, the Registration Period for the Patex sale is between 27 December 16:00 and 5 January 16.00.

The displayed times are automatically adjusted based on the user's time zone.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that to earn an allocation in the sales, you have to complete KYC and stake at least 1k Points worth of $FINC.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/uxFJ0DR8m0olMLW2hPWp" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
Scroll down the page to review the token metrics and research article.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

The exact allocation amounts will be displayed on the page before the sale. After the registration, you can increase your allocation by staking more $FINC. However note that to spend your allocation, i.e., deposit to the pool, you need to have verified KYC, staked at least 1k Points worth of $FINC, and registration. You can complete the KYC and stake $FINC tokens after the registration.&#x20;

{% hint style="success" %}
You should able to see the "You are registered" confirmation on the page.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

### **Guaranteed Allocation Round**

If you successfully completed the previous steps, you can invest in USDT on the BNB network within the specified time frame. The maximum purchase amount (allocation) will be displayed on the interface.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/QMilkzOfYxKKamMex4o9" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In this round, since allocations are pre-secured, users will have a time period to deposit USDT stablecoins. To use your allocation, simply enter the amount of USDT you want to invest in the box above the 'Invest' button and click the 'Invest' button.&#x20;

### **First-Come-First-Serve Round**

#### FCFS Round-1

If there are any unsold tokens from the Guaranteed Round, the remaining portion will be offered to eligible Guaranteed Round users — those who registered for the deal, staked $FINC, and completed KYC verification. This means that whether a user deposited or not in the Guaranteed Round does not matter.

{% hint style="success" %}
The allocation for each user will be 1.5 times the Guaranteed Round allocation. This multiplier, denoted as "x", can vary between 0.5 and 2.5.

The maximum allocation provided for the FCFS will be $500.

Note that the multiplier and maximum allocation cap are subject to change and will be announced by the team before each FCFS round.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

Example: Let's assume that the pool size for the sale is $100,000 and 80% of it is sold in the Guaranteed Allocation Round. There will be $20,000 remaining for the FCFS round. Assume that the multiplier for the FCFS round is 1.5x.

User A's Guaranteed Round allocation was $200. In this case, User A's FCFS round allocation will be $300, and they could deposit up to $300.&#x20;

User B's Guaranteed Round allocation was $1000. In this case, User B's FCFS round allocation will be $500 since they exceed the $500 limit.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that the round is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Even though there is a provided allocation, it does not guarantee that the user will be able to make a purchase. It's strongly recommended that users who want to participate act quickly.
{% endhint %}

#### FCFS Round-2

If the FCFS-1 sale does not sell out, the architecture will proceed with round 2 of the FCFS system. Users who staked a certain amount of $FINC with verified KYC can deposit up to their manual allocation limit.&#x20;

Example: Let’s assume that the minimum staking requirement is 2000 $FINC, and the maximum allocation is $500. Users who stake a minimum amount of 2000 $FINC could participate in the FCFS-2 Round sale with a maximum cap of $500 but must act quickly.

### **Vesting (Claim) Period**

The Vesting Period is where users can claim their purchased tokens based on the pre-announced vesting schedule. Note that in some IDOs, users will have unconditional refund windows. Scroll below to see the refund option details.&#x20;

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Warning**: It is crucial to follow the official project announcements for CEX/DEX listing plans, as there can be many scammers attempting to fraud investors during this period. Please check the announced date for listing and exchanges through the project's official channels, and be cautious, especially if the listing happens before the specified date, particularly on decentralized exchanges.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

Then, simply press the "Claim" button to withdraw your purchased tokens and executive your trading strategy.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Before withdrawing your tokens, please ensure you import the project's token contract address to your Web3 wallet; otherwise, even if the tokens are sent to your wallet, you won't see on the UI them until you add the token contract address.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

#### **Refund Option**

Finceptor implements refund policies ranging from 1 hour to 7 days. In this particular refundable IDOs, users will see the "Request Refund" button next to "Claim". If you haven't claimed your tokens by clicking the 'Claim' button and the specified refund period has not elapsed, you have the right to request a refund by clicking the 'Request Refund' button, which refunds the entire amount you invested in the following 72 hours.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Warning 1**: Your refund option expires as soon as you click the 'Claim' button; once you've withdrawn the tokens to your wallet, refunds are no longer possible.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Warning 2:** If you decide to refund purchases made during the FCFS, the 10% fee applied during the purchase won't be refunded. For instance, if you invested $100 and paid $110, a refund would only return $100.
{% endhint %}

### **FAQs**

<details>

<summary>Do I have to withdraw the tokens I purchased in the IDO at the specified 'claim' time? Can I withdraw them later whenever I want? Is there a limit?</summary>

You can withdraw the tokens you purchased in the presale at any time after the specified 'claim' time; there is no limit.

</details>

<details>

<summary>I had staked my $FINC tokens, but I don't see any allocated purchase rights for the Guaranteed Allocation Round. What could be the reason?</summary>

To participate in IDOs, you need to complete three steps: complete KYC, stake $FINC, and register for the sale before the registration period ends. If you haven't completed KYC, it might not be visible even if you've staked and registered. Completing KYC will make your allocations visible. If you've staked and completed KYC but didn't register, it may not be visible, and you won't have the chance to participate in the Guaranteed Allocation Round after the registration period ends. You can wait for the First Come First Serve Round.

</details>

<details>

<summary>I earned allocations for the Guaranteed Allocation Round but forgot to use them, and the round has ended. Can I transfer these allocations to the First Come First Serve Round?</summary>

No, unfortunately, you cannot transfer them. You can try to participate in the First Come First Serve Round on equal terms with everyone else. Additionally, if you repeatedly fail to use your allocations for a couple of sales, your wallet will be blacklisted, and you won't be able to participate in presales on Finceptor. Therefore, we recommend not registering for presales you won't participate in.

# Bond Guide

## **How do I participate in Bonds?**

To participate in the Bonds on Finceptor, you need to stake $FINC to get an allocation and complete KYC.

You can refer to the [KYC guide](https://guide.finceptor.app/account/kyc), [Tier System](/guides/tier-system) [$FINC staking guide](https://guide.finceptor.app/usdfinc/stake-usdfinc) for further information.&#x20;

***

### **Introducing Bonds by Finceptor**

Bond is a new way to invest in exchange-listed tokens at a discount with a short-term vesting schedule. The vesting term is linear in unit time (i.e., every second), allowing investors to withdraw their tokens as they become unlocked.

#### Bond Types

* **Fixed**: Sales with a fixed discount rate and a fixed vesting period.&#x20;
* **Dynamic**: Sales with a discount rate ranging from 10% to 20% and a vesting period that correlates with the discount rate, typically between 5 and 10 days.

### Fixed Bond

A fixed-term bond is a type of bond in which the discount rate and corresponding vesting term don't change during the sale. For example, a bond sale with a 10% discount and a 5-day vesting period, where both the discount rate and the vesting remain unchanged.

### Dynamic Bond

A dynamic bond is a type of bond in which the discount rate and corresponding vesting term change over the sale. The bond sale starts with an initial discount and corresponding vesting term. As users buy bond tokens, i.e., demand increases, and the discount rate and corresponding vesting term decrease linearly.&#x20;

{% hint style="success" %}
**Example 1:** As an example, the bond sale starts with a 20% discount from the current market price with a linear vesting period of 10 days. As demand increases, the discount percentage and vesting period decrease. For example, as the sale progresses, the discount rate decreases to 19% with a 9.5-day linear vesting, then to 18% with a 9-day linear vesting, and so on, until it reaches a final stage of a 10% discount and a 5-day linear vesting. In this case, the tokens will be sold at an average discount of 15% and a vesting period of 7.5 days.

Suppose a bond with an initial discount rate of 20% and an end discount rate of 10%. Suppose that 1,000,000 tokens are for sale. If a user wants to purchase 500,000 tokens, the discount rate will be 17.5%. Since the user wants to purchase 50% of the bond supply, the first 250,000 tokens will be subjected to a 20% discount, and the remaining 250,00 tokens will be subjected to a 5% discount. By averaging those discount rates, the final discount rate will be a 17.5% discount. Then, 8.75 days of linear vesting is applied.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that the tokens' vesting starts at the moment of purchase. For example, 50% of the tokens will be unlocked in the middle of the vesting.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

### **How Can I Participate in Bond Sales?**

To participate in the Bonds on Finceptor, you need to stake $FINC to get an allocation and complete KYC. For every bond, users can see the eligibility requirements on the bond page. For example, users need to have 1k Points to participate in Bonds and 10k Points to participate in Refundable Bonds with minimum allocation.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/ulDVNyrayHFGpvZFLRI3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Hence, the required $FINC stake points may change from one Bond sale to another. Anyone who stakes the required amount of $FINC and completes KYC grants access to the bond sale. Users can invest any amount they desire as long as it is equal to or below the specified maximum limit for their Tiers.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/aoBTJTHA6U07CWA53kTh" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Then, for every bond sale, connect your Web3 wallet, enter the desired amount up to your allocation limit, and click on the "bond" button to complete the purchase. Don't forget to have $BNB in your web3 wallet for network fees.

### Claiming

After making your purchase, you can go to the Claim tab by clicking on the "Claim" button in the upper right of the tab. Here, you can see the amount of tokens you can withdraw over time. By clicking the "Claim" button and confirming the withdrawal from your Web3 wallet, you can withdraw your unlocked tokens to your Web3 wallet and use them as you wish.

### **FAQ**

<details>

<summary>I had staked 500 $FINC in the locked staking pool, and the required amount of $FINC to participate in a Bond sale was announced as 2000 $FINC. If I stake an additional 1500 $FINC in another staking pool, can I access the Bond sale, or should all 2000 tokens be in the same pool?</summary>

It is not necessary for all the tokens you have staked to be in the same pool. As long as the total staked amount in pools is equal to or greater than the minimum Tier point amount, you can participate in Bond sales. Please beware of Refundable Bond's requirements; only locked-staking users can participate in Refundable Bonds.&#x20;

</details>

<details>

<summary>You announced two Bond sales, one requiring 500 $FINC and the other 2000 $FINC. Do I need to stake a total of 2500 $FINC to participate in both?</summary>

No, when you stake 2000 $FINC, you gain the right to participate in both.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is there a separate staking pool for participating in Bond sales, or is it sufficient to stake in normal staking pools?</summary>

No, we do not have a separate pool for Bond sales. Staking the specified amount of $FINC in either flexible or locked staking pools is sufficient for participation in Bond sales. By staking in flexible or locked pools, you can earn staking rewards, gain allocations for IDOs, and participate in Bond sales.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Are Bond purchases made with $FINC?</summary>

No, purchases are made with USDT on the BNB chain.

* Above $100k, the default Refundable Bond Allocation will be provided.&#x20;
  * Example: If the Pool Size is $75k; Standard Tier will receive $250 Refundable Allocation, Standard+ Tier will receive $750 Refundable Bond Allocation etc. .&#x20;
    {% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
First-Come-First-Serve Round 1 allocations are proportional to Guaranteed Round allocations.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

Tiers are determined by "**Points**". Here's how Points are calculated.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
**Point**: FINC Staking \* Locked Staking Multiplier

**Note**: Only the Trial tier will accept Flexible Staking. The higher tiers will only accept locked staking.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
**Note**: Except for the Trial tier, tier allocations are linearly proportional; the more you stake in a certain tier, the more allocation you will get. For example, Premium members with `150k` points will have 105x pool weight instead of 70x.
{% endhint %}

For example, here are the locked staking multipliers.&#x20;

* 30-day: 1.15x allocation boost
* 90-day: 1.3x allocation boost
* 180-day: 1.5x allocation boost
* 360-day: 2x allocation boost
* 720-day: 3x allocation boost

## FAQ

<details>

<summary>How do I calculate my points?</summary>

Multiply the $FINC tokens staked by the locked staking multiplier based on your chosen lock duration.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I combine flexible and locked staking to reach a higher tier?</summary>

No, only Tier 1 allows flexible staking. Higher tiers require locked staking.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I upgrade my tier by staking more tokens?</summary>

Yes, increasing your staked $FINC or choosing longer lock periods can elevate your tier and benefits.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Are APR rewards fixed?</summary>

APR rewards are set per locked staking duration but may change based on platform policies.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Upon reaching the required $FINC points, is tier advancement automatic, or must it be claimed?</summary>

Tier advancement is automatic upon reaching the $FINC points; no manual claim is required.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Upon reaching the Elite tier, will my pool weight continue to increase proportionally as I stake more tokens?</summary>

Yes, since pool weights increase linearly in accordance with your points. Even after attaining the Elite tier, staking additional tokens will proportionally enhance your pool weight, allowing for continuous growth in allocation.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Do I need to take any action when transitioning from the non-tier system to the tier system?</summary>

No, if your staking period has not yet matured, all transitions and calculations will be handled automatically.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What will be my Pool Weight and Tier if I stake 7,000 $FINC only in Flexible Pool? </summary>

If user staked their tokens in Flexible Staking Pool the Pool Weight will remain 1x, regardless of whether user stake 1,000 $FINC or more. The Trial Tier is designed for users to try the platform before committing to locked staking.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Suppose I have a Standard Tier with my locked stakings. If I stake additional tokens in the Flexible Staking Pool, will those tokens increase my overall Pool Weight?</summary>

No, the tokens in the Flexible Staking Pool do not increase Pool Weight linearly and do not contribute to the user’s Pool Weight if the user already has a Membership Tier.

# Buy $FINC

Buy FINC on [Kucoin](https://www.kucoin.com/trade/FINC-USDT), [MEXC](https://www.mexc.com/tr-CT/exchange/FINC_USDT) or [Pancakeswap](https://pancakeswap.finance/swap?inputCurrency=0x55d398326f99059fF775485246999027B3197955\&outputCurrency=0xA856098dCBc1b2B3a9C96C35c32bC4f71E49AEd2) directly.

## How to Buy $FINC from Pancakeswap

The $FINC token can currently be purchased from the well-known centralized exchange KuCoin and the decentralized exchange PancakeSwap.

The safest way to buy $FINC from PancakeSwap is to go through the purchase interface on the Finceptor website as there can be scams with fake contract addresses or fake websites on decentralized exchanges.

First, head over to [the official website.](https://finceptor.app)&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/kbVuhEdZ8TsDDcxs1ct3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Second, click on the "Buy FINC" button in the top right corner of the homepage. From the window that opens, you will see the exchanges where you can currently buy $FINC. If you want to buy from a decentralized exchange, click on the PancakeSwap option.

<figure><img src="/files/xybeEPxqaBYcsc65TXJI" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This will redirect you to the interface on the PancakeSwap website where you can buy $FINC. Click on the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner of the PancakeSwap website, select your wallet provider (such as Metamask), and connect your wallet by entering your password. If you are on a different network, your wallet will ask for your approval to switch to the BNB Smart Chain network.

<figure><img src="/files/TsmYgvQjlZ6LPOcuozFx" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After connecting your Web3 wallet, make sure you have $USDT and $BNB in your wallet on the BNB Smart Chain network to buy $FINC and pay network fees. Then, enter the amount in the tab below either USDT or FINC, depending on the type of tab. For example, if you enter 100 in the USDT tab, it will give you $FINC equivalent to $100 USDT. If you enter 100 in the FINC tab, it will give you 100 FINC and withdraw the equivalent in USDT from your wallet.

<figure><img src="/files/6x0lu1gcRWAzqzvaB3fl" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After entering the desired amount, start the transaction by clicking the "Swap" button below.

<figure><img src="/files/EEv5gkFJCauHLBSaGukc" alt="" width="245"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Click the "Confirm Swap" button in the pop-up window.

<figure><img src="/files/53T9Kh2VSNdPhb0YAUsy" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Click the "Confirm" button in the MetaMask extension that appears. Your transaction is complete; you have purchased $FINC.

<figure><img src="/files/NNZuamr3uih1okc3Wkvv" alt="" width="300"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

If you haven't added the $FINC token contract to your Web3 wallet, you can click the "Add FINC to Wallet" button that appears after the transaction is complete to add the $FINC token to your wallet.&#x20;

Remember; if the $FINC contract address is not added to your wallet, $FINC tokens will not appear in your wallet.

<figure><img src="/files/H3w3iOFr6POSCgafoVla" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Click "Add Token," and you have successfully added $FINC to your web3 wallet.

1. [Flexible Staking](https://guide.finceptor.app/usdfinc/stake-usdfinc/flexible-staking): A time-flexible deposit and withdrawal functions with respectively lower Reward APR and Allocation Boost. Only provides Trial Tier level in Finceptor offerings.&#x20;
2. [Locked Staking](https://guide.finceptor.app/usdfinc/stake-usdfinc/locked-staking): A time-locked staking pool with higher Reward APRs and Allocation Boosts.&#x20;

## **FAQ**

<details>

<summary>I have staked my tokens in the locked staking pool. Additionally, if I stake more tokens in the Flexible or any other staking pool with different durations, will my allocations increase?</summary>

No. After Trial Tier level, only locked-staking pools contribute to your Points

</details>

<details>

<summary>I participated in the $FINC presale. Can I stake my presale vesting tokens?</summary>

No, you cannot stake your locked tokens; you can only stake them after they are unlocked by withdrawing them to your wallet and then staking.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I participate in sales on Finceptor by staking $FINC on centralized exchanges?</summary>

No, you cannot participate in sales on Finceptor by staking $FINC on centralized exchanges. You need to stake through Finceptor’s website.

</details>

<details>

<summary>In a previous sale, I had staked a certain amount of $FINC, and since then, I have not staked or withdrawn $FINC from your stake pools. Why did my allocations for the next sale change even though I did not withdraw the $FINC stake?</summary>

There are two main factors on Finceptor that determine the allocations in sales: the amount of $FINC you have staked and the duration of this stake. If more or fewer $FINC tokens are staked during the time between the previous sale and the next one, there may be changes in your purchasing rights, regardless of whether you break the stake duration. However, if you maintain the stake duration, you will still have an advantage over those who stake in any flexible pool.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is there a commission required to withdraw $FINC from flexible or locked staking pools?</summary>

No, there is no $FINC commission required when withdrawing from the staking pools you participated in on Finceptor unless otherwise announced. You only need to have a small amount of $BNB in your wallet for network fees when making withdrawals or deposits.&#x20;

# Flexible Staking

[Buy $FINC](https://guide.finceptor.app/usdfinc/buy-usdfinc) before staking.&#x20;

***

### Deposit $FINC to Flexible Staking

Users can buy a Trial Tier by staking $FINC tokens in the flexible staking pool, which has a 1x allocation boost multiplier. Note that flexible staking is not supported for higher tiers and will not increase allocation.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Participants in flexible staking pools have the flexibility to unstake and withdraw their funds at their discretion with an unstake fee of 2%. However, note that this unstaking fee is set to **0%** currently until further notice.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

### &#x20;**How do I stake $FINC to the Flexible Staking Pool?**

To stake $FINC, you first need to visit [our website](https://finceptor.app/,) and connect your Web3 wallet by clicking on the 'Connect Wallet' button at the top right of the screen.&#x20;

Here, you need to first click the ‘Sonraki’ (Next) button to proceed, and then, on the following page, you must click the ‘Onayla’ (Confirm) button to approve the transaction. Afterward, a Metamask extension will open again, and from there, you need to click ‘Onayla’ (Confirm) again to complete the staking process. If you have followed these steps correctly, your staking process is complete.&#x20;

### Withdraw $FINC from Flexible Staking

Now, if you want to withdraw the $FINC you put into the flexible staking pool, you can follow the instructions here.&#x20;

Finally, the withdrawn tokens will appear in your Web3 wallet.&#x20;

# Locked Staking

[Buy $FINC](https://guide.finceptor.app/usdfinc/buy-usdfinc) before staking.&#x20;

***

### Deposit $FINC to Locked Staking

Users can opt-in to lock their FINC tokens for higher reward APRs and allocation boosts. Finceptor offers four options: 30-day, 90-day, 180-day, 360-day, and 720-day locked staking. Locked staking provides allocation boost multipliers ranging from 1.15x to 3x, with APR rates of 3% to 15%, based on the staking pool's lock-in period.

**Locked Staking Multipliers**

* 30-day: 1.15x allocation boost, 3% APR
* 90-day: 1.3x allocation boost, 5% APR
* 180-day: 1.5x allocation boost, 7.5% APR
* 360-day: 2x allocation boost, 10% APR
* 720-day: 3x allocation boost, 15% APR

{% hint style="info" %}
**How does Allocation Boost work?**&#x20;

If a user takes 100 $FINC in a 360-day staking pool, their allocation will be calculated as if they had staked 200 $FINC.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Locked Staking Contract Creation Limit**

If users want to deposit a locked stake again after already depositing one, the number of staking deposits that can be created at the same time is 50.&#x20;

This means that a user could stake up to 50 times without any limit. Once the number of staking deposits reaches 50, the user needs to wait for at least one contract to mature and be claimed. After that, the user can stake again up to the number of matured and claimed contracts.
{% endhint %}

### Withdraw Details

Users need to wait until the maturity date to withdraw their initial staked FINC tokens. However, they can withdraw the earnings from the APR whenever they want.&#x20;

# Liquidity Provisioning Locked Staking

***

Users can maximize their $FINC Points and earn tier by not only staking $FINC on Finceptor but also by providing liquidity to the PancakeSwap V2 $FINC/$USDT pool. Liquidity providers receive at least a 2x $FINC Point boost as an initial premium. However, to fully unlock this benefit and earn a tier, users must stake their Cake-LP tokens in Finceptor’s staking pools. This staking not only secures the initial 2x premium boost but also grants additional boosts depending on the staking duration chosen.

{% hint style="info" %}
**$FINC Points calculation formula for the Liquidity Provision:**&#x20;

* FINC Points from LP = \[$FINC Token amount added as liquidity] \* \[Premium]
  * The LP Premium is a minimum of 2x and is determined by the Finceptor team.
    {% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Final $FINC Points** = \[$FINC Points from LP] \* \[Allocation boost of the selected staking pool]
{% endhint %}

Below are the $FINC Points boosts and APRs for different staking pools:

* 30-day: 1.15x allocation boost, 3% APR
* 90-day: 1.3x allocation boost, 5% APR
* 180-day: 1.5x allocation boost, 7.5% APR
* 360-day: 2x allocation boost, 10% APR
* 720-day: 3x allocation boost, 15% APR

{% hint style="warning" %}
Note that APR rewards are calculated based only on the $FINC amount provided as liquidity, $USDT amount does not taken into account.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
**Example:** 50,000 $FINC tokens and cash equivalent of 1,000 $USDT were provided as liquidity to the PancakeSwap V2 $FINC/$USDT pool. The resulting Cake-LP tokens were staked in the 720-day Staking Pool. The premium is set at 2x by Finceptor.

* $FINC Points from LP = 50,000 \* 2 = 100,000
* Final $FINC Points = 100,000 \* 3 = 300,000
* Assume the user has no other staked $FINC on Finceptor. Thus, user’s current tier is Premium+.
* User earns a 15% APR on 50,000 $FINC.
  {% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
Due to $FINC token price fluctuations, either $FINC may convert to $USDT or vice versa, potentially causing Impermanent Loss. Please be aware of this risk and conduct your own research before providing liquidity.
{% endhint %}

# JIT Refund

Just-in-time Refund is a real-time refund payment process that allows refunders to instantly access their deposits without delays. JIT Refund is a default refund setting in the Finceptor IDOs and works automatically. No additional steps are required from users.&#x20;

# Claim-to

Claim-to is a tool that enables users to claim their tokens to any address they want.

Claim-to is a tool designed to enhance the user experience by allowing tokens to be claimed and sent to a user’s preferred address. This address could be a centralized exchange’s token deposit address or any other user's wallet address. As long as the address is valid, the user will be able to claim their tokens directly to that address.

**Claim-to Claiming Process Outline:**

* Users will enter the preferred address where they want their tokens to be claimed.
* Users will hit the claim button, and after receiving confirmations from the user's web3 wallet extension, tokens will be transferred to the specified address.
* If users want to change the address where they want to claim their tokens, they can hit the edit button and replace it with another valid address.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that the deposit wallet will be used as the default wallet. Changing the claim wallet once doesn't change the following claim addresses.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

**Pros of Claim-to:**

* Users can avoid the transaction fees associated with claiming and then sending the tokens to their centralized exchanges. Instead of two transactions, they will be able to handle the whole process with one transaction and pay the fee for only one transaction.
* Users can avoid the excess processing time of first claiming the tokens and then sending them to a centralized exchange's address by waiting for only one transaction to occur.
* Since users will be able to submit their preferred claim address to the user interface before claims are open, there won’t be a rush of copying and pasting addresses, and the risk of sending tokens to wrong addresses will be avoided.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The claim-to feature works only for claims; if a user hits the refund button, the refunded amount of USDT will be sent to the wallet in which the user made investments during the sale rounds.
{% endhint %}

# Refund Buyback Round

For the refundable token sales, if any tokens are refunded when the refund period ends, any user who has KYC’d and staked a predetermined amount of $FINC will be able to buy them from the refunded token pool.

The process will follow these steps:

1. When the refund period ends, the refunded tokens and their corresponding USD value will be calculated at the IDO sale price.
2. A maximum cap per wallet will be assigned based on the refund amount and will be specified on the sale page before round starts.
3. The Refund Buyback Round will start a few hours after the end of the specified refund period of the sale.
4. Users who have KYC'd and staked the predetermined amount of $FINC will be able to buy from the round at the IDO price and with the IDO vesting schedule and immediately claim the tokens. The amount of staking conditions will be shared per deal.&#x20;
5. There will be no refund option for the tokens bought in the Refund Buyback Round.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Note that the round is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis with a maximum cap per wallet. Even though there is a provided allocation, it does not guarantee that the user will be able to make a purchase. It's strongly recommended that users who want to participate act quickly.
{% endhint %}

# Farmdrop

Farmdrop is Finceptor’s new multi-airdrop farming feature designed to work with your $FINC lockings instead of direct token sales. In short, instead of paying for tokens, users earn airdrops by locking their $FINC for 30 days and fully getting the locked back after 30 days.

The pools have limited capacity, and the allocation follows the exact policy used in traditional IDOs, as defined by the Finceptor tier system.

Farmdrop mirrors the familiar structure of IDOs, but with a key twist:

* **Registration Period:** Users sign up to participate.
* **Guaranteed Round:** Allocation is reserved for FINC stakers just like IDOs in terms of FINC. Then, users deposit FINC tokens that’s locked for 30-days starting from the end of FCFS round.
* **FCFS Rounds:** After the guaranteed phase, remaining spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, learn how Farmdrop FCFS Round works [here](https://guide.finceptor.app/farmdrop/farmdrop-oversubscribed-fcfs).&#x20;
* **Token Distribution Period:** Airdropped tokens are distributed following the defined schedule.
* **Withdraw $FINC Period:** 30 days after the end of FCFS Round, users may withdraw their $FINC tokens from the pool.

{% hint style="success" %}
Farmdrop $FINC deposit pool sizes are expected to be approximately equal with the airdrop pool’s value.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
All tiers including the Trial Tier can participate in the Farmdrop, according to their allocations.
{% endhint %}

# Farmdrop Oversubscribed FCFS

Farmdrop Oversubscribed FCFS — Proportional Deposit Model

Farmdrop Oversubscribed FCFS model is designed for deals where the Guaranteed Allocation Round is not fully subscribed. This model allows FCFS participants to deposit up to 5–10x (dynamically decided) their Guaranteed Allocation Round amount and oversubscribe the Farmdrop’s FCFS Round.&#x20;

{% hint style="success" %}
Learn more about Farmdrop [here](https://guide.finceptor.app/farmdrop).
{% endhint %}

**The basic process of Farmdrop Oversubscribed FCFS:**

* The Guaranteed Allocation Round ends. If the sale pool is not fully subscribed, the FCFS Round begins.
* An oversubscription multiplier is dynamically assigned based on the remaining token amount from the GA Round.
  * FCFS Max Deposit Pool = Remaining Token Value × Multiplier
* Users are assigned a personal max FCFS deposit cap (e.g., 5×–10× their guaranteed allocation size).
* Both the FCFS Max Deposit Pool and User Deposit Limits become visible in the user interface before the FCFS Round begins.
* Once the FCFS Round begins, users can deposit their $FINC tokens up to their personal max cap within the specified FCFS window (15–60 minutes).
  * Bear in mind that deposits are non-final until allocations are calculated due to the oversubscription.
* After the FCFS closes, tokens are assigned proportionally to each depositor using the following formula:
  * User Allocation = (User Deposit / Total FCFS Deposit) × Available FCFS Tokens
  * Basically, a user’s final FCFS allocation is the ratio of deposited $FINC tokens by the user to the total deposited FCFS $FINC amount and is proportional to the available FCFS Round tokens.
* Once final user allocations are calculated, the excess $FINC tokens are refunded to users and will be available to "Unlock" through the website within the same day.

### FAQ

<details>

<summary>Who is eligible to participate in the Farmdrop Oversubscribed FCFS Round?</summary>

To be eligible for the Farmdrop Oversubscribed FCFS, users must have participated in the Guaranteed Allocation Round.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Will users receive a refund if the total deposited amount is less than the remaining FCFS Pool?</summary>

No, if the total deposited amount is lower than the remaining FCFS Pool amount, users will not receive a refund. In that case, users will be allocated tokens exactly based on their deposited $FINC amount.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What happens if a user try to deposit more than his/her personal FCFS cap?</summary>

If a user attempts to deposit above their personal cap, the transaction will fail. Users should ensure they deposit an amount that is equal to or below their personal cap.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How is the user deposit cap multiplier calculated?</summary>

The user deposit cap multiplier will be the same as the FCFS Deposit Pool multiplier, assigned dynamically by the team.

**Finceptor Locked Staking to Fount Locked Staking Conversion**

50% of the FINC locked staking will be converted into Fount points. If you have 40k points on Finceptor, you’d have 20k points on Fount. The reverse is true as well. If you have 40k points on Fount, you'd have 20k points on Finceptor.

Tiers are determined by "**Fount Points**." Here's how Points are calculated.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Fount Point**: ($FINC Token Staking \*[ Locked Staking Multiplier](#fount-locked-staking-multipliers)) + 1/2 \* (Points from Finceptor Locked Staking)
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
**Note:** Tier allocations are linearly proportional; the more you stake in a certain tier, the more allocation you will get. For example, Standard+ members with 150k points will have 90x pool weight instead of 60x.
{% endhint %}

### **Fount Locked Staking Multipliers**

* 15-day: 1x allocation boost, 3% APR
* 30-day: 1.15x allocation boost, 5% APR
* 90-day: 1.5x allocation boost, 7.5% APR
* 180-day: 2x allocation boost, 10% APR
* 360-day: 2.5x allocation boost, 15% APR

### FAQ

<details>

<summary>How do I calculate my Fount points?</summary>

Multiply the $FINC tokens staked by the locked staking multiplier based on your chosen lock duration and add half of your stakings from Finceptor if any..

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I upgrade my tier by staking more tokens?</summary>

Yes, increasing your staked $FINC or choosing longer lock periods can elevate your tier and benefits.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Are APR rewards fixed?</summary>

APR rewards are set per locked staking duration but may change based on platform policies.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Upon reaching the required $FINC points, is tier advancement automatic, or must it be claimed?</summary>

Tier advancement is automatic upon reaching the $FINC points; no manual claim is required.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Upon reaching the Premium tier, will my pool weight continue to increase proportionally as I stake more tokens?</summary>

Yes, since pool weights increase linearly in accordance with your points. Even after attaining the Premium tier, staking additional tokens will proportionally enhance your pool weight, allowing for continuous growth in allocation.

# Cashback Policy

Fount offers cashback rewards to users who participate in IDOs.&#x20;

Users are eligible for cashback regardless of whether they claim or refund their allocations. Simply participating in or depositing funds into the IDO pool and holding a tier status qualifies them for cashback.

Cashback starts at 0.25% and increases up to a maximum of 1% of the invested amount, depending on the user’s tier.

Tiers and corresponding cashback ratios are shown in the table below.

|              | **Trial** | **Standard** | **Standard**+ | **Premium** |
| ------------ | --------- | ------------ | ------------- | ----------- |
| **Cashback** | 0.25%     | 0.5%         | 0.75%         | 1%          |

{% hint style="info" %}
Cashback percentages do not increase linearly across tiers, unlike the Pool Weight in the Tier System. The next level is only obtained by reaching the threshold for that tier.
{% endhint %}

Cashbacks will be deposited after the refund period ends.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Example:** A user with Premium Tier invests $5,000 into an IDO Pool on Fount. The user will be eligible for a cashback of 1% of the invested amount, which equals $50.
{% endhint %}

# Refund Policies

Fount Network offers two types of refund policies to its users; Unconditional Refund Policy and Secured Refund Policy.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Refund Policy will be indicated for each sale on the specific sale page.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

# Unconditional Refund Policy

Classic style, with the choice of either claiming or refunding the entire allocation within the specified refund window, with no conditions.

# Secured Refund Policy

With the Secured Refund, claiming the TGE release does not mean the user has to claim the sale's vestings as well. Users can claim the TGE amounts and still refund the post-TGE vestings of the tokens.&#x20;

Typically, with the unconditional refund policy, claiming expires the refund option. However, with this secured refund policy, users can claim the TGE and refund the rest of the tokens, and get their USDTs back.&#x20;

{% hint style="success" %}
Say the X token has a 30% TGE unlock with 7-month vestings, and say user A deposited $1k into the IDO pool.&#x20;

* **Claim TGE, claim vesting**: The user must claim the TGE allocation within the refund period. Then, the user must not manually request a refund. Hence, no additional action is required if the user wants to claim the post-TGE vesting.&#x20;
* **Claim TGE, refund vesting:** The user must claim the TGE allocation and then request a refund within the refund period. The user must complete two actions: 1) Claim and 2) Refund, sequentially.&#x20;
* **Refund: If the user requests a refund, the user is not eligible for any token claims.**&#x20;
  {% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
Note that refunding the TGE release implies an automatic refund of the vestings.
{% endhint %}
