Note: Except for the Trial tier, tier allocations are linearly proportional; the more you stake in a certain tier, the more allocation you will get. For example, Premium members with 1m points will have 800x pool weight instead of 400x.

Do I need to take any action when transitioning from the non-tier system to the tier system?

No, if your staking period has not yet matured, all transitions and calculations will be handled automatically.
